Miniature Australian Shepherds are known for their loyalty, intelligence, and dependability. Mini Aussies are playful and calm, but are especially good companions for people who are active and enjoy being outdoors.  A full-grown Miniature American Shepherd stands 13–18 inches tall and weighs 20–40 pounds.
